Great room comfort. Lacked evening dining options .

Liked staying at the twin room with too much decorative furniture, great bathroom, for instance.

The breakfast was rich and amazing with different options for everybody, and reasonably priced. The location was stunning close to the subway station and the staff here was very friendly and incredibly polite

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very busy.

The restaurant here was excellent with good food and nice staff, we both ordered special dishes. The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to Kawaramachi. There was a huge variety of restaurants and bars nearby to try.

The breakfast offered a delicious mix of western and japanese options. We really appreciated how helpful mr rui ogata-san and his team were when a rude guest disturbed the check-in process. Their patience and service stood out.

We enjoyed spacious family accommodations and appreciated the staff's thoughtful touches. A morning stroll to nearby eateries for authentic Japanese meals added to our adventure. Pro tip, explore Pontocho alley for good dining options just steps away from the hotel.
